Tomb Raider: Legend VR - Controller Bindings

STEAM FRAME CONTROLLERS
-----------------------
Supplied as bindings_frame_controller.json (SteamVR controller type
frame_controller), so SteamVR no longer converts the Oculus Touch binding.
It is the same layout as the Oculus Touch one above, on the Frame's
buttons:

Left thumbstick Move Lara; click = same as Oculus Touch
Right thumbstick Turn the camera; click = same as Oculus Touch
Left / right trigger As Oculus Touch (action / fire)
Left / right grip As Oculus Touch (throw grapple / lock-on)
Right A Jump / surface; menu select
Right B (also X and Y) Dive; menu back
Left D-pad down Accurate/free aim (Oculus X)
Left D-pad up/left/right Grenade / flare, long press personal light
                            (Oculus Y)
Left MENU (view) button Pause (a tap); hold to open the settings
panel. This is the Frame's left "view" button
(the small button on the left controller), which
replaces the Touch left menu button. The Frame's
system button always opens the SteamVR dashboard
and is never bound. The right menu button and
                            the bumpers are not bound.

Left stick double click recentres the view, as on every other controller.
The other headsets keep their own bindings; nothing else changed.
If the buttons do nothing, open SteamVR > Settings > Controllers > Manage
Controller Bindings and select the supplied Tomb Raider: Legend VR binding
for the Steam Frame controller.

MENU CONTROLS
-------------
Left stick Navigate (arrow keys)
Jump button Select (Enter)
Right trigger Select (Enter)
Dive button Back (Escape)
Pause button Back (Escape)

The same SteamVR action set remains active in gameplay and menus. This avoids
the separate menu-binding set that some controllers left completely unbound.

OPTIONAL IMMERSIVE MODE
-----------------------
Set this in trlvr.ini and restart the game:

    [controls]
    immersive_controls = 1

Right stick long press Switch first / third person (\ on the keyboard)

FIRST PERSON (also set [vr] first_person = 1, first_person_tracked_hands = 1)
The grips become your hands; changes from the tables above:
  * Pistols: grip at a hip to draw (akimbo draws both); grip there again to
holster. Grip over a shoulder to draw or swap to the long gun; the other
hand on its foregrip holds it two-handed.
  * Belt: grab the grapple (fling and let go to throw) or the binoculars
(bring them to your face). Pouches: grenade/flare at the front of the belt
(fling to throw), medipack on the right chest (bring it to your mouth).
The pouches show the game's own models while you carry any.
  * Personal light: left grip at the left chest.
  * Action trigger: precision aim with guns out, otherwise Action (E). With the
grapple attached, hold a trigger and pull your hand back to yank.
  * Climbing: grip ledges, vines, chains and bars; pull to move, pull down
with both hands to climb up.
  * X, Y long press and right stick long press are not used (the gestures
above replace them). The right stick turns smoothly or in snaps
    (turn_mode). left_handed = 1 swaps the triggers' roles.

THIRD PERSON
The full button layout above still works. In addition a floating gear cross
of the game's own item icons sits in front of you: grip an icon to use it,
grip its centre handle to move the cross. The left grip at the left chest
toggles the light. With [controls] gear_menu = radial the cross is replaced
by the hold-and-push gear menu of the classic layout.

In first person, pause menu > VR Settings > VR Holster Setup places the
holsters, belt gear and pouches for your body: hold each item where you want
it and pull the trigger.

Pause menu > VR Settings > Hand Calibration lines Lara's hands up with your
controllers: move each controller into the held-out hand and squeeze its
grip (locking both saves). Then, in first person, aim your pistol at the
target and pull the trigger to set your aim. A skips a step (keeping what
you had); the menu button stops.

NOTES
-----
* A long press is approximately 0.65 seconds.
* F1 on the keyboard recentres the view. Double-clicking the left stick does
the same from every supplied VR controller binding.
* If the long-press actions do not appear, SteamVR may have retained an older
or custom binding. Open SteamVR > Settings > Controllers > Manage Controller
Bindings and select/reset to the supplied Tomb Raider: Legend VR binding.
* Tutorial and contextual prompts translate the game's coloured keyboard token
to the matching VR control name. Normal prose is left untouched.
